Payment and Insurance:

  • What do you need for overnight contracts?
    We ask for a place to lie down (a bed or a couch) with a bassinet so we may be next to the baby. If Mom is breastfeeding, we will bring the baby to mom and take the baby back after feeding. We do the burping, changing, and settling while mom is already back to sleep. This can maximize sleep and dramatically increase recovery time.
  • What services do you offer?
    We offer a comprehensive range of family support services designed to assist new and expecting parents, including certified birth and postpartum doulas, newborn care specialists, lactation counselors, sleep consultants, and experienced nannies. We offer day and night hours. Overnight shifts are 10 hours. Day shifts are a minimum of 4 hours.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods including Venmo, Zelle, and Personal Checks. Additionally, we are eligible for Carrot Benefits.
  • Who are the team members?
    Our team consists of certified birth and postpartum doulas, newborn care specialists, lactation counselors, sleep consultants, and experienced nannies, all dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to families. Some of our team are Registered Nurses or Nurse Practitioners. Please visit the Team page to learn about our team.
  • How do we start?
    Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. We start with an initial consultation to understand your requirements, followed by a customized plan that includes ongoing support and regular check-ins to ensure your needs are being met.
