Lactation Support
Every doula on my team has extra training in lactation to help get you off to the best start if you choose to breast feed. Whether for a week or for many months, it is imperative that you have knowledgeable guidance because breastfeeding is HARD. Additionally, if you are going back to work and need to make a plan for pumping, we can work together on that.
Labor Doula Services
Birth doula packages include prenatal care and virtual support surrounding you with the care you deserve throughout the last month of your pregnancy. .
